Replacing your phone doesn’t have to be difficult. All Jethro phones have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty* What this means is that if your phone is defective, we will replace it for free!
To replace your phone, just select what issue you are having with the phone, read over common questions and answers used for troubleshooting, and fill out the replacement registration.
The purpose of the troubleshooting steps is to help see if the issue is a quick fix, so you don’t have to wait for a replacement. However, if the troubleshooting doesn’t work, we will send out a replacement right away.
