Jethro wants you to be 100% satisfied with your product, so we are here to help if you need to make an exchange or return.
Is your Jethro phone not working properly? All Jethro phones have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Please click below to find common troubleshooting steps and determine your warranty eligibility.
You can return your items by mail within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. In order for a full refund to be issued, the return must be in its original condition with all accessories included. Otherwise, a restocking fee may be applied to your refund. If your order is exceeding the 30 days period of time, we will assist you to make an exchange. How to Return
To return your item(s) to Jethro, Place a copy of your receipt in the return box. If you don't have the receipt, please include your order number, date of purchase, name, and address on the piece of paper so it will help us to locate your order. Once the package is dropped off, please email the return tracking number to email@example.com together with your order number, this step is not mandatory but it will expedite the speed of the refund.

If you do not have an order ID, or the item you've received is incorrect or damaged, or if you prefer to exchange for a different item, contact Jethro Customer Service at 1-888-509-6199
Technical problems with your new product
If you're having trouble with your new Jethro product, please visit online Product Support or contact Jethro Technical Support before attempting a return.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within one business day.
