It is our job and our great pleasure to share with you that we are so thankful to be able to keep you and your loved ones connected and make it possible for you to get in contact with essential services during this difficult time.
Shipping and handling of products
Here at Jethro, the safety of our employees and our customers is important. If you or someone you know is looking to purchase products or services from us, please know you can do so on our websites. Our team is working hard to maintain the speed of service while taking necessary measures to keep your health and their own at top priority. As we continue to perform, assemble and distribute customer orders, we want to ensure you know that our services will continue to run as normal. All shipping and handling of a product and customer orders are being handled by a single person to limit the contact between products and people. To ensure the safest and fastest delivery, we can ship orders directly to the requested address by the customers.
Our goal to provide service to everyone has his hit some roadblocks. It has been brought to our attention that some people are unable to activate and put together products they’ve purchased or are purchasing for a loved one who is unable to assemble them alone given the strict social distancing practices currently in place.
In hopes to make obtaining and receiving our products, our team is offering to assemble any parts to products you need connected prior to shipping them. Jethro ensures that all orders to come in before 12:00 pm PST Monday to Friday will be guaranteed to be shipped out that same day. All orders made afterward; we will do our best to still ship it on the same day but there is no guarantee.
